It's been...

a while since I’ve blogged…so tired…late nights. It’s been nerve-racking because money is tight; late mortgage and bill payments have me stressing. And now, Christmas is right around the corner! But things are looking up; I should be in the clear by the end of January… and I’m grateful that I have a home and a job.

My home looks cozy for the holidays and I am expecting family over Christmas day. My new dinning table will be put to good use, and I'm very appreciative of my son, Chris who bought it for me ~He's the one on the right...lol. It looks wonderful! Thank you baby boy! You're one of the best sons on the planet.

And there's my daughter Rachel on the left...she's a happy-go-lucky girl with no worries. Sometimes that worries me, lol. She doesn't see the need to meet obligations sometimes. I've usually bailed her out, but I think it's time she gets a little training by way of consequences, then she'll learn the importance of meeting deadlines and responsibilities.

So today I'm grateful for many things...sometimes the lack of money brings into focus the importance of a home, job, and family. Believe me, those things are in crystal clear focus at the moment!!! LOL
